Immersed in the territory of the Castelli Romani, near the lakes of Castel Gandolfo and Nemi, our olive groves enjoy ideal climatic conditions for the care of olives, without the use of chemicals, thus adhering to the most modern EU agri-food measures and the specification of UNAPROL , with which we are associated.
The idea of the name comes from a particular connection between the woman and the earth. In ancient Roman tradition an olive tree was planted at the birth of a daughter: “It will serve as your dowry,” mothers recited to their daughters.
Oil is the first food that the pediatrician recommends to the mother for weaning the baby.
