Beer

The Oro delle Donne farm is proud to announce the presentation of a new excellence produced in the Castelli Romani … “Birba” beer. A product made from barley malt and durum wheat, grown in the soils of Lanuvio, while for the hops we relied on the best quality that the Italian territory offers.

The main element of our beer is the Senatore cappelli durum wheat cultivar that lends value and refinement to the product.

“What do I want to express with my work? Nothing different from what every artist seeks: to achieve harmony through the balance of relationships between lines, colors and surfaces. Only in a sharper and stronger way.”

The thoughts of Dutch painter Piet Mondrian reflect the goal of our product, which is to achieve a harmony and balance of flavors among the various ingredients, and to stand out clearly and decisively in the marketplace; this is why Birba’s label is inspired by one of his famous grid paintings.

The choice of name comes from the play on words between beer and birba (BIRbA).

The company dedicates the launch of the new product to our eldest daughter, an integral part of the work team.
