White wine from the Castelli Romani whose varietal characteristics represent our territory. The production area is in the hills of the province of Rome up to the altitude of 400 meters above sea level.
Malvasia combined with Trebbiano characterize this wine to be consumed young. Slightly sparkling wine with a yellow color that highlights its liveliness and freshness, making it a good table wine.

The wine is bright ruby red in color, and the nose is intense with notes of mulberry, cherry, plum and white pepper. The palate is dry, warm, soft, with good tannins and an enveloping structure. Very persistent.

A typical vine of the Roman littoral, generous and vigorous in nature, renowned for its historicity as it was mentioned by Pliny the Elder calling it a “pantastica grape.” Also known by synonyms such as Cacchione and Arciprete.
The winemaking of Bellone is done totally in purity, this ensures high structure and fragrance. The wine is straw yellow in appearance with some golden veins, and on the palate it is savory, intense and mineral.
Typical pairings: lean sliced meats, herb-flavored soups and risottos, and lake fish.

It is an international grape variety characterized by penetrating fruity and spicy notes, typically traceable to black pepper. Winemaking is in purity to yield a wine that is deep, enveloping and almost impenetrable to light with a red-purple color.
On the palate, Shiraz wine is dense, sensual and voluminous. The tannins have a well-drawn fine grain. The finish is persistent, with long balsamic echoes.
Pairings:
The typical spiciness of Shiraz pairs perfectly with barbecued, stewed or stewed red meat, as well as with game and lamb.
Also excellent with aged green pepper cheeses and Maremma pecorino, as well as pairing with flavorful cured meats such as aged Cinta Senese ham, soppressata, coppa or capocollo.

Ideal with pasta and risotto dishes, white meat main courses fish.

The olfactory profile of Roma PDO red wine is distinctive, intense, and on the palate it is dry, harmonious, and full-bodied.
The organoleptic characteristics of Roma DOP red predict a dark ruby red color. The olfactory profile expresses hints of ripe fruit, cherries in spirit, red fruits and balsamic notes.
Ideal with hors d’oeuvres of cured meats and cheeses, traditional Roman dishes, and braised, grilled, roasted meats.

Rosé is made from a mild maceration of the must with the pomace of red grapes, which is why the color is not very rich. Finally it completes alcoholic fermentation like white wines.
Rosé wine from Montepulciano grapes evokes scents such as red fruits and almonds. The taste is balanced, delicate, fresh and pleasant to drink.
Usually paired with light appetizers, not too elaborate fish dishes. Perfect for aperitif time.
