LOCATION: Our plants are placed on average at an altitude of more than 300m above sea level. Our lands are located in the heart of the Castelli Romani.
PRODUCTION : Harvesting is taken care of personally by the producer and is done manually with the help of facilitators. The olives are pressed within 24 hours of harvest using the most traditional and ancient method : cold pressing. This results in a valuable product for safe and healthy nutrition.
CERTIFICATION: Complying with the UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 standard, we guarantee the traceability of our oil at all stages of the supply chain. We thus offer the discerning consumer a 100% Italian High Quality extra virgin that submits to the specifications of the“100% Italian Consortium” promoted by UNAPROL (CSQA No. 21672).
